Culinary Series with Chef Billy Buscher

Join Executive Chef Billy Buscher from Lark’s in Medford and winner of Top Chef in the 2019 Ashland Culinary Festival as he leads participants through the creation of four dishes paired perfectly with 2Hawk wines. Small plates and wine samples will be presented at each course, along with recipes to take home and special pricing on the wines featured. This event is by reservation only and is limited to 16 seats. Reservations for non-wine club members will be available on January 15, 2020. $75 for wine club members; $95 for non-members. Reservations may be canceled with 72 hours’ notice, but cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of class fees.
